Bio:
It all started out in 2018 when Melody Newman decided to get her real estate license. As the business continued to rapidly grow, Clif quit his job in 2022 and got his real estate license to join her and help. It truly became a family business! By 2022 they had achieve top 1% of all agents in Greater Baton Rouge, and sold 60 homes that year! They knew they needed to expand. In 2023 as their business continued to grow, they began adding agents to grow with them. They love coaching and mentoring other agents to reach their full potential.

About the Newman Family:
The Newmans are full time real estate agents who live in Denham Springs with their two young boys Magnus and Odin, 2 Dogs, 2 Cats, and one tarantula (we thrive in chaos! what can we say?) Their morals are the forefront of their business, always leading with honesty and integrity. But they also love to have fun along the way! Both born & raised in Louisiana, they have lived between the New Orleans and Northshore area, and throughout all of Baton Rouge including French Settlement, Denham Springs, Baton Rouge, and Central. Living in Los Angeles briefly from 2007-2009 while Clif pursued a career path in music, they came back home and grew a deeper appreciation for Louisiana. They love having their family roots planted here.
When not selling real estate, they love going hiking, bike riding, and on adventures all around. They love to travel and try new things. Melody spent some time in the local improv comedy community at LATCo theater, now Boomerang Comedy. Clifton played music in the Baton Rouge area and Los Angeles from 2000-2012. They also love running, going to the gym, and going to Le Chien Brewing company. You will also finding them grilling, creating new craft cocktails, hosting game nights, and they also enjoy reading (always looking for suggestions!) Clifton is a marine veteran, and Melody mentored with a Navy Seal as a CrossFit trainer, so they have the mental toughness and grit to fight for their clients when needed. And they promise to make your home buying experience as stress-free as possible, simple, smooth, and also FUN! They have a reputation for connecting people with amazing lenders, inspectors, title companies, and more. Their goal is to exceed all of your expectations and get you to the closing table with keys in hand. They love making a difference in peoples lives and look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your family.
